Is the venue close to downtown?

Answer

Yes and No! The venue is on Hudson Bend, which is on Lake Travis, in West Austin. It is about a 45 minute drive from downtown Austin.

How should I dress?

While the wedding will not be black tie formal, think business casual.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. We will have a large tent set up!

Can I park at the venue?

Yes, but if you plan on drinking, please make arrangements for a ride, Uber/Lyft, or a taxi. We will have space for 30 cars.

The Airport is located East of Downtown, and a drive to the venue will take about 50 minutes.

Being that we are in Texas, and the weather changes rapidly, it would be a good idea to check on the local weather in Austin or Lakeway a few days before you leave. We are hoping that it does not rain!
