All reservations need to be made by phone (304)-252-5100. The room block is listed as "The Cole Wedding". If reservations are not made by phone the room block price will not be available.

Yes, Country Inn and Suites. We have a conference room available for out of town guests and anyone who would like to extend the celebration.

Is overnight parking available at the venue?

Yes, however all vehicles need picked up as soon as possible the next day.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, the venue is a beer and wine only venue! Dark and Dusty Mobile Bar has been hired to handle all our drink needs.

The ceremony is to start at 3:45pm, so anytime after 2:45 would be great!
