COVID-19: What safety precautions will be in place?

Answer

As our close friends and family, your health and safety are our top priority. If the COVID-19 vaccine is available to you, we encourage you to obtain this. Our venue has the following safety measures in place, and please reach out to us with any additional questions: - Masks required for guests, employees, and vendors - Masks and hand sanitizer will be available - Hotel and event spaces at limited capacity and social distancing encouraged - Ceremony and cocktail hour held outdoors - Ceremony seats spaced in pairs of two for social distancing - Reception tables seated lower capacity - Food is plated and individually served - Plexiglass barriers placed at the bar and any self-serve food stations

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to hear from you as soon as possible! Otherwise, please RSVP by 2/6/21. The discounted hotel block ends on 3/1/21.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to be seated at Cypress Pointe between 4 - 4:15 pm. If you're arriving to the hotel same-day, please ensure you have early check-in.

What time is hotel check-in?

Answer

Standard check-in at the Hyatt is 4pm, so if you're local and arriving same-day, please contact us to arrange early check-in for you!

Is there a dress code?

We recommend formal or semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Hyatt does offer on-site parking. If you're staying at another local hotel, check to see if there is shuttle service to our venue. Otherwise, we recommend Uber and Lyft so you can party the night way!
