There is a large parking lot on site at the venue. There will be a shuttle to and from designated hotel for day/night of wedding only.
In the case of rain or in-climate weather, there is a chapel nearby which the coordinator will direct guests to once arriving at original venue.

The ceremony will hopefully take place outdoors, then cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. See rain plan FAQ for additional questions.
Our wedding will be intimate with close friends and family. If a plus one is invited their name will be on your invitation!
The ceremony start time is 4 pm. Guests should start arriving around 3:30. Please be at the venue no later than 3:45 to ensure a seat where you wish.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide vendors and venue with an exact guest count by a certain date. There will be plenty of notice and reminders!
