Once in a Lifetime Kind of Love

We were in the same small group while attending a local church in Gainesville, but at that time we were not romantically involved. It wasn't until Matt was in the Marine Crops and living in Parris Island, South Carolina that we started talking on a regular basis. Four months later, we went on our first date to the San Diego Zoo and have been in love ever since.

Matt was home for Thanksgiving in 2016, and we had been wanting to go to the Chateau Elan Winery in Atlanta for some time. There was no way Matt could pull off a proposal that quickly being back on the east coast. Just before sunset, we wanted to take a picture out front by the fountain. While admiring the gentlemen playing his guitar and singing, All of Me by John Legend, A kind woman offered to take our picture and when I turned to Matt he was down on one knee.
