Katt - My Forever Friend Oh, the memories Katt and I have shared! From school hallways to college dorm rooms, soccer games, dance competitions, unforgettable girls trips, family vacations, weddings, and celebrating her kids—our journey together has been filled with laughter, adventure, and so much love. We first met in 8th grade P.E. class, and we’ve been inseparable ever since! While we may not be sisters by blood, we are in every way that matters, and we’ve even been mistaken for twins more than once. Katt is the one who made me an Auntie, a title I cherish deeply, and one that fills my heart with so much joy. One day to hope to make her Aunt Kitty to some kids and not just my fur babies. Katt will be my family forever! I had the honor of standing by her side on her wedding day, and now, it’s my turn to have her stand by mine. There’s no one else I’d want by my side as I begin this next chapter.

Nicole - Sisters by Choice Nicole and I first crossed paths in college, but it wasn’t until we started working together at Academy that we truly became close. From our college days, filled with dreams about the future, to living out the life we always imagined, we’ve been there for each other through every twist and turn life brings. Our annual family river trips are always a blast and I can’t picture my life without her. She’s also given me the joy of being called Auntie Feather, a title I cherish. She is family to me, a true part of my village. I was honored to stand by her on her special day, and now I’m beyond excited that she’ll be by my side on mine.

Jessica and I met in college, and from the start, we became inseparable. The laughter, the tears, the countless memories we’ve shared over the years—those nights in college, girls trips, vacations, and weddings—have all shaped our bond. Even though we no longer live in the same city, I know that no matter the three-hour distance between us, we’ll always be there for each other in a heartbeat. I’ve had the privilege of standing by her on her wedding day, and now, I’m beyond blessed to have her standing by my side.

This friendship with Mallory is truly one for the books. What started as simply being classroom neighbors quickly turned into countless laughs, shenanigans and unforgettable moments that made us teacher besties. When she left, work definitely wasn't the same - but our friendship never skipped a beat. She inspires me everyday to be yourself and go after what you want to make you happy. I can't wait for her to stand next to me on my wedding day and make even more memories.

My friendship with April is one of those rare, beautiful connections that just clicks. We met at work just two teachers navigating the chaos of the classroom but it didn't take long before we became so much more than coworkers. From inside jokes and hallway catch ups to after school laughs, life talks, and weekly lunches. April quickly became one of my best friends. She is the most caring person I know and is the first person to know you are not okay and check on you without being asked. We also know the two of us can talk about our dogs forever and always.

We became teacher besties by surviving teaching, leaning on teacher other through the long days, and laughing and crying through the stressful ones. Somewhere between the last six school years, summer school hours, teaching through COVID online, and night tutorials, she became one of the most important people in my life. She's strong in all the ways that matter: brave, resilient, and full of heart. She inspires me of how she handles all the lemons life gives and still shows up for all her people when they need her. Having her stand beside me means so much to me!

We met at Central HS trying to inspire kids to learn some math and science. Through all the meetings and get togethers we became such great friends. Even though we no longer work together and there are now 100 miles between our houses instead of 1 mile between houses we never let that keep us from being there for each other. I know she is always just a phone call away and one of my favorite people.

This girl has truly transformed my life and my heart. From the moment I first heard about her, to her first words, to the excitement she felt running up to me just to say hello, and now to the bright, beautiful, and smart young lady she’s become. She was the first to call me “Auntie,” and it still melts my heart every time I hear it. Despite the distance, our bond has never wavered, nor has our celebration of every important milestone in her life. I might be her favorite aunt because I drive a big truck, but that’s a memory I’ll cherish forever.

One of our adorable ring bearers and my sweet nephew. Sutton is the one that gave me the name of Auntie Feather and oh my it melts my heart to this day. Having him be a part of this day means everything to me. He is growing up way too fast, and he carries a big piece of my heart. That smile of his is contagious and brings so much joy into all of our lives. His heart and love for his family is already so big. Thank you for helping us celebrate our wedding and playing a big role in it. I will never forget all the moments of you stealing the show.

We couldn't just have one cute ring bearer to steal the show so here is our second one. Logan ,another one of my nephews, has completely stolen my heart as well since day one. His wild personality full of energy all the time keeping everyone on their toes. He will help light up the room with his infectious smile. I can't wait to see you on this special day and enjoy every moment to create memories that will last a lifetime.

And let's' not forget Lincoln, our final ring bearer to make the perfect triple threat of cuteness overload. He may be small, but boy is he mighty. From the moment he could smile, he's brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives. Being able to watch him walk down the aisle on our wedding day is something I look forward to. He fills this Auntie's heart up with even more love.
