Eleven years ago, a simple swipe right brought us together, unknowingly sparking a connection that would grow into something truly special. Our story began in 2013, marking the start of something extraordinary. At the time, we were both traveling for work—Larry, journeying across the country for racing experiences, and Heather, exploring the world with a travel company. Though it wasn’t until January 2018 that we officially began dating, it always felt as though our paths were destined to cross. Since then, we’ve created countless memories. Our first trip together was to New Hampshire, a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was there that we realized how much we loved exploring the world side by side. From snowmobiling through snowy landscapes to zip-lining through the treetops of Honduras, each adventure has only deepened our bond. Every experience reflects how we choose to live—seizing each moment and embracing life’s opportunities. And of course, Walt Disney World will always be our cherished, child-free happy place. We’ve faced our share of challenges, but through it all, we worked on ourselves, growing stronger together, knowing in our hearts that it would always be “Heather and Larry.” On July 19, 2024, at the Coast Guard House in Narragansett, Larry popped the question, sealing a love story built on adventure, resilience, and true love. We’ve found our forever in each other.
