We kindly request that you RSVP, one way or the other, by Tuesday, March 31st, 2026. We hope to see you there, but understand that not everyone will be able to travel for the TN festivities. There will be a reception in WA in August for those who cannot make the trip. Please RSVP for that event if you plan on attending.
The wedding ceremony will be held promptly at 2 pm. We ask that everyone arrive at least 15 minutes early so that they are seated and ready to rock and roll. Doors for the reception will open at 5 pm with a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres. We ask that everyone arrive by 6 pm.
Yes!!! Non-Catholics are welcome to attend Catholic Masses, but they should not participate in Eucharist (Holy Communion). You can show respect by remaining seated during the communion procession or by approaching the priest for a blessing instead. Non-Catholics can also observe the Mass, and finding a missalette in the pew can help you follow the service. Please also feel free to participate in parts of the Mass that you are comfortable with, such as the opening sign of the cross and singing along with hymns like "Glory to God".
Children are welcome; however, we do want to remind everyone that the wedding ceremony will be 1hr - 1.5 hours as it is a traditional Catholic wedding. We ask that parents keep a close eye on their children during the ceremony, as well as at the reception, as there is a large lake on the property that we have direct access to.
Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to us if your plans have changed and you need to add/remove someone.
Knoxville has an abundance of hotels & AirBNBs to choose from! The venue is in West Knoxville, but Downtown Knoxville has a lot to offer as far as hotels, sights, and food for those looking to stay longer. There is no shortage of Uber or Lyfts to get you to and from where you need to be. See the "Travel" tab for two of our hotels with blocked off rooms.
We have a few select items that are on our registry. We have been blessed to have what we do, and have created a "Newlywed Fund" and a "Honeymoon Fund" as an alternative option as well. Your presence is enough of a gift, but if you feel so inclined, our list is under the tab "Registry".
Both! We are lucky to have full use of Hunter Valley's picturesque grounds, which include a dock, outdoor fire pit, patio, and swim area! The main dining area and drinks will be served indoors; however, guests are welcome to venture anywhere they would like.
