Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by using the postal RSVP card included inside your formal wedding invitation. For catering purposes, we would really appreciate - if you could ensure your RSVP is returned to us by June 12, 2020. Thank you !

Question

Where do I park my car?

Answer

There is complimentary self parking the day of the wedding for all wedding guests. Please park at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe's Main Resort parking lot. The Hyatt will provide parking vouchers for those who have self-parked. They will be available at the wedding reception. These will be placed on the cocktail bars for guests to take. Any guests who valet will need to pay for valet parking as this is not included in the complimentary parking. Note: If you are part of the room block staying at the Hyatt, the complimentary self-parking is valid for the room block dates of July 28, 2020 – August 2, 2020.

Question

I understand the ceremony is not located at the main Hyatt resort. How do I find the ceremony location?

Answer

If you are driving, please park your vehicle in the Hyatt Lake Tahoe's main resort parking lot. The parking for the wedding festivities is complimentary (see FAQ number two). Then walk South across the street towards the Hyatt's Lone Eagle property. There is a walking path that is separate from the parking gate & attendants (off to the right) which is unobstructed and will have signage to direct guests to the ceremony location the upper cottage green.

Question

What restaurants are located in Incline Village?

Answer

Your best resource for discovering restaurants, the cuisine you desire and price points - would be via Trip Advisor. Below is the link to 30+ local Incline Village restaurants and their reviews. Because it is high season, you may need a reservation at some of these locations for evening dining. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurants-g45956-Incline_Village_Lake_Tahoe_Nevada_Nevada.html

Question

Do you have any lodging recommendations?

Answer

Because the summer is "high season" in the Tahoe area, securing lodging as quickly as possible is highly advised. If you can remain around the following areas: Incline Village, Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, Dollar Point & Tahoe Vista versus traveling to Tahoe City, South Shore or Truckee - it is recommended due to the amount of traffic that accumulates during the summer months. Often it can be an hour or more to commute to Incline Village from Tahoe City, South Shore or Truckee. There are lodges, cabins and many Airbnb and VRBO properties (in a wide range of price points) located in Incline Village and the above noted areas.

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding & reception?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. However, we want you to feel comfortable. So, you decide. Your attendance is the most important thing to us.
