When should I RSVP by?

Where is the event taking place?

The reception will be held in the Blackberry Hall at McMenamins Edgefield.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
When you arrive, you will find parking available in McMenamins’ main lot, located to your right as you enter the property. If closer parking is required, please let us know in your RSVP and we will work to accommodate.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests are expected to arrive between 2:00pm-2:15pm.

Can I bring an extra guest?
Answer
If you would like to bring an additional +1 and they were not included in your RSVP, please reach out to us immediately to let us know. Additional guests are limited, but we will try our best to accommodate.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is Garden Attire or Dressy Casual. While the event will mostly be held indoors, you may want to wear something comfortable for warmer weather.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However if you wish to honor us with a present, we kindly request contributions to our Wishing Well in lieu of traditional gifts. John and I are saving to buy our first home together, so any contributions to this goal would be incredibly generous. A Wishing Well box will be available at the reception. There will be a small slot on top big enough for an envelope/card to be slipped in. (P.S. If you already contributed at our wedding - please do not feel obligated to do so again!)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Rooms can be booked through Edgefield McMenamins website, however we would note that most rooms do require sharing a bathroom with other guests (kind of like a dorm.) There is a Best Western a few minutes down the road which may be your next best option, otherwise there are several hotels near downtown Gresham or along Airport Way near PDX Airport.
