FAQs

The Wedding Website of Heather Minger and Jemel Fleming
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

December 15th, 2025

Question

Which location is the event at?

Answer

5656 E Silver Springs Blvd, Silver Springs, FL 34488 just off HWY 40 If you don't see a massive welcome sign out front, you're at the wrong entrance!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to limited space, we’re planning an adults-focused celebration. If childcare isn’t possible, please don’t worry — we’d much rather have you with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dressy casual. Our venue is nestled in a beautiful state park, but no need to worry about footwear—every path is fully paved. Feel free to wear anything that makes you feel fabulous! Note the ceremony will be outdoors so consider bringing a jacket depending on the weather. The reception following will be indoors.

Question

Can I arrive early?

Answer

Absolutely! If you felt like getting in early to enjoy the sights and activities of the park you're welcome to, just note some activities may have a separate fee. The park is a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern convenience. Walk the nature paths, go on a world famous glass bottom boat tour, even grab a cocktail from the cafe or ice-cream from the parlor! If you wanted to see the museum, that's at the other entrance of the park at the campground side about a mile from the main entrance.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've accounted for spouses and children, if you wanted to bring a plus one just let us know when you RSVP! We need an exact count for catering and seating so please no last minute invites.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

5:00pm at Mammoth Deck

Question

Will there be an entrance fee?

Answer

Nope! Just let them know you're here for our wedding and you'll be let in.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Sorry, no. Any outside alcohol is strictly prohibited by the park. The cafe does serve alcohol during normal park hours so you can stop by before they close for the evening.
