Will there be hotel accommodations?

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside starting at 3:30pm. Cocktail hour and the reception are indoor/outdoor. Dinner and dancing will be held inside.

What do I wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at the wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For summertime in Pennsylvania, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. Tip from the bride: She always has a jacket or sweater in the summer for air conditioning and cool nights.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom are requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony so the wedding photographers and videographers can do their thing and so all guests can be fully present! There will be many great opportunities for pictures!

Could you suggest places to eat, drink, and see while I am in town for your wedding?

What kind of food will you have at the wedding?

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour from 4-5pm. For dinner, we will have a buffet with multiple options. Dinner will begin around 5:30pm. Last but not least, of course, wedding cake and a cookie table will be served!

There will be options for those with allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with wine, beer, and spirits. No shots are permitted. Please bring cash to tip the bartenders. Tips are not expected but always appreciated.

Yes, we have a gift registry that is linked to this website. You can view under the “Registry” tab.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have a registry of some things we need for our home. You can send the gift to our home or bring it to the wedding. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but due to limited venue space, we can only accommodate those formally invited. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] + Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Please make sure to RSVP for your guest if you are bringing one. Thank you for understanding!
