Wedding Day Shuttle Schedule

August 31, 2024 3:30 pm - 1:30 am

Shuttles will be provided from Hotel VT, Courtyard Marriott Burlington, and The DoubleTree Burlington on Saturday, August 31st. If you are not staying at one of these hotels but would like to utilize the shuttles, please feel free to do so. Parking is available at Maquam Barn & Winery if you prefer to drive a personal vehicle. SHUTTLE DEPARTURE: The Hotel VT / Courtyard Marriott shuttle will depart promptly at 3:40 PM. Please be ready at Hotel VT / Courtyard Marriott main entrance at 41 Cherry Street, Burlington, 5-10 minutes before the 3:40 PM departure. The DoubleTree Burlington shuttle will depart promptly at 3:45 PM. Please be ready at the DoubleTree main entrance at 870 Williston Rd, South Burlington, 5-10 minutes before the 3:45 PM departure. SHUTTLE RETURN: All shuttles will return guests to hotels, with a drop off at the after-party at 11:00 pm. If you attend the after-party, a shuttle will be provided to take guests back to Hotel VT / Courtyard Marriott and The Double Tree. Club Metronome is conveniently located off of Church Street and a 10-minute walk to the Hotel VT if you choose not to take a shuttle. The shuttle will depart from the after-party at Midnight, 12:30 a.m., 1:00 a.m., and 1:30 a.m. Please be outside the corner of Main Street and South Winooski Street, directly across from the after-party venue, a few minutes before these scheduled shuttle times.

Flight

Burlington International Airport (BTV)

BTV is the nearest airport; it's about a 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available but limited. If you're flying into Burlington and staying downtown, there's no need to rent a car. We've got transportation to/from wedding events covered.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

BOS is about a 3-hour drive from Burlington, VT. We recommend renting a car if you plan to fly into BOS.
