What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 6, 2026! This is super important because it's when we have to give the caterer the final count. If you reply after this date, you'll be risking a meal of dry crackers and a side of our disappointment.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You'll be able to RSVP directly on our website once invites are sent! But don't worry - we're also including traditional RSVP cards for anyone who loves good old-fashioned snail mail.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone (and their dates!) but our guest list is tighter than Jason's squat form. If your invitation says "and guest," you are welcome to bring someone! If not, we promise you'll have plenty of fun with all the amazing people already coming.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your kids, but for one night only, we're trading juice boxes for cocktails! Our wedding will be adults only, and we hope you can come enjoy a well-deserved night off from parenthood!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony so you can grab a seat, enjoy the view, and get ready for "I do" (and maybe a happy tear or two).

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes! It's an open bar - because let's be honest, no great wedding story ever started with, "So I was paying for my own drinks..." Please drink, dance and celebrate responsibly - in that order!

What should I wear?

Dress to impress and get ready to dance! The vibe is rustic chic - think cocktail attire (but comfy), not CrossFit shorts (Jason already asked).

We've reserved room blocks nearby to make things easy! Check our Accommodations page for hotel info and booking links - and maybe plan for a late checkout!

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We won't have a traditional gift registry since we already have a home full of everything we need (and probably too many reusable water bottles). Instead, we've created a 'Honeymoon Fund' for anyone who would like to contribute to our next big adventure together.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No worries! We've planned for everyone to enjoy the meal! There will be gluten free and vegetarian options, so no one's left hungry (or hangry). If you have something else we should know about, just include it with your RSVP!

Is it OK to post wedding photos on social media?

Absolutely! We love seeing your shots! Just don't forget to tag us (and the epic dance moves) using our hashtag: #SoMeckleyReasonsToLoveYou P.S. We'll also have a QR code at your tables so you can easily upload all your best pics directly to us!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

We're going for a 'best of both worlds' approach! Assuming the sky doesn't fall (or rain), the ceremony will be outside. Then, the cocktail hour will be a social experiment—a little bit inside and a little bit outside. Finally, we'll keep the party contained and the good times flowing inside for the reception. Basically, wear layers and be prepared for adventure!

What is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest one is Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), but be warned—"closest" doesn't always mean "cheapest" or "best." If you're feeling adventurous (or budget-conscious), your best bet is often Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Grab a rental car and enjoy a scenic-ish drive; the trip to Mechanicsburg is less than 2 hours. Just try not to get lost.
