Our private ceremony was a celebration of the singular relationship between Heather & Jamey, we wanted to keep the focus small and the experience intimate. This celebration is about the relationships that have surrounded us, supported us, and shaped us all these years! We want to celebrate the ways in which our lives, individually and as a couple, have been touched by all the people we are so fortunate to love. Without you, and all the other people we'll be partying with in October, we wouldn't be where we are today.
Semi-casual, backyard celebration. Think garden party meets BBQ meets reception. We are a non traditional couple, don't expect a traditional reception! We'll have food, drink, yard games, and table games.
We're shooting for semi-formal, dressy-casual, comfortable. Think garden party, khakis, flats, jumpsuits, summer dresses. No jeans but also no ties. Unless you’re a pro at walking in heels through grass, might be best to keep to flats. Keep an eye on the weather if it'll be hot like summer or cool like fall, you never know this time of year! (If it's still warm, feel free to pack a swim suit too!)
