Is the wedding formal?

Answer

Yes. The attire is formal.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

No. The ceremony will be held at the historic Eola House in downtown Orlando and the reception will be held at Belarosa Banquet Hall near Orlando International Airport (MCO).

How far is the ceremony venue from the reception venue?

Answer

The reception venue is approximately 9 miles (20 minutes) from the ceremony.

Is the reception open bar?

Answer

Yes. The reception will have 3 hours of open bar and thereafter will continue as cash bar for the remainder of the ceremony.

Are small children allowed?

Answer

Yes! Small children are more than welcome to attend both ceremony and reception. Children under 5 will NOT have a seat so please prepare accordingly. Children will also receive a kids meal.

Is there anything I should know before hand?

Answer

Yes, due to Lake Eola’s high volume and it’s location there is no parking lot. There is street parking down Central Blvd and N Eola Drive as well as a 1 hour parking garage across from the venue. Also plan accordingly to city traffic. For those not familiar, Orlando is a very busy city with lots of traffic.
