Please RSVP by April 6th.
Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. Please feel free to dress as nicely as you would like. Suits, gowns, and maxi dresses are preferred. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits.
Children and babies are welcome at the reception! Our ceremony will be short & sweet, and our wish for the ceremony is for only adults and older children (8 and up) to be present. During the ceremony, the bed & breakfast on the property will be available for younger children and their parent(s). There will be a sitter available so parents can still attend the ceremony if they wish, but parents are more than welcome to wait in the bed & breakfast with their child. We appreciate everyone respecting our wishes and apologize for any inconvenience!
We have a discount with the Inn at Virginia Tech (http://tinyurl.com/heatherandjack2024), and a shuttle will be going to and from the Inn! If the Inn is booked or not your style, we recommend the Hyatt Place or the Residence Inn as both of those will be in walking distance to the Inn, so you would still have access to the shuttle.
Please arrive by 4:45pm to have plenty of time get seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00pm.
Yes, parking is available at Beliveau during the ceremony and reception.
Yes, there will be a shuttle taking guests to and from the venue and the Inn at Virginia Tech. The shuttle will begin loading at the Inn at Virginia Tech at 4:00pm. It will depart for the ceremony at 4:15pm. The shuttle will depart from the venue back to the Inn at Virginia Tech at both 8:30pm and 10:00pm.
