The ceremony and reception will take place at our venue, The Barn at Stoneybrooke. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will be held inside. Please dress accordingly as it will be August!

No, unfortunately we cannot leave vehicles at the venue overnight. If you wish to book a hotel room (click the travel tab on this website), you can catch our wedding shuttle to and from the wedding.
We reserved hotel blocks at Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Coatesville/Exton. View the “Travel” tab on this website to reserve your hotel room. Hotel rooms must be booked by 7/11/23 to secure a spot!
Check in for the hotel is 3 pm, however, you can call and ask for early check in. You could also park your car at the hotel and get your parking pass, then catch the wedding shuttle and check into your room after the wedding.
If your guest name or "+1" is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as intimate with just our close friends and family.
We love kids, especially all your little ones, but for the night we would appreciate that you have a babysitter on the schedule. We've decided to keep the wedding and reception an adults-only event *the only exception is the little one in our wedding party* We hope you understand & enjoy a night off!
We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Please no white clothing.
At 3:15 pm our shuttle bus will depart from The Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia/Coatesville/Exton. Please be outside ready for the bus by 3 pm. Guests from the shuttle will arrive to the venue at 3:30 pm. If you are driving separately, please arrive to the wedding venue by 3:30. Our ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Cocktail hour will follow this, beginning about 4:30 pm. The reception will begin around 5:30 pm and will include a formal dinner followed by drinks and dancing! The event will end at 9:30 pm and a shuttle back to the hotel will be available at this time.
