Maid of Honor
Haley is Heather's younger sister, who is returning the favor, as Heather served as her Maid of Honor in May of 2021. Haley and Heather are "built-in best friends," as we are close in age and similar in many ways. While we grew up together, Haley is traveling all the way from Montana to serve in this very important role on this very special day!

Despite living across an ocean, EZ has been Heather's closest supporter and best friend since we became college roommates in 2014. From dancing in fraternity basements to playing photographer while her best friend gets engaged in Italy, we've expanded on what a long-term, long-distance friendship can be, and we couldn't be more excited to have multiple reasons to celebrate together this year.
Bridesmaid
Anna is Heather's ride-or-die partner in crime. Fortunately, proximity works in our favor here, as Anna is only a few miles down the road from Fred and Heather, which has resulted in her being closer to family than friends to both of us. Heather, nor Fred could envision our wedding day without our favorite add-on.
Bridesmaid
Ava and Heather met in middle school, and became fast friends. While we haven't lived nearby for any long stretch of time over the last ten years, we pick up where we left off each time Ava visits from her current home in San Francisco. Ava is one of the funniest and smartest people we have the pleasure of knowing, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Kate and Heather met by chance as new employees of the Ohio Legislature in late 2017. We ended up sharing an office for years, which allowed us to share just about every part of our lives, including our respective relationships. Heather was thrilled to be a bridesmaid in Kate's incredibly gorgeous wedding in May of 2023. Kate will be missed at the ceremony as she and her husband, Chris will be welcoming a beautiful baby girl in late September!
Bridesmaid
Kayla and Heather were suitemates by chance in 2014, and roommates by choice in 2016. College roommates have a front row seat to the highest ups, and the lowest downs, and our many nights (and early mornings) haunting High Street spanned both peaks and valleys. Kayla is one of the most warm and welcoming people out there, and we're thrilled to have her as part of our wedding.
Bridesmaid
Caroline and Heather became friends in high school, after competing on the same equestrian team in middle school. We ended up friends in high school, and have stayed that way for over ten years. Caroline gave her very coveted blessing after meeting Fred for the first time by texting Heather “He’s wonderful.” We'll never forget that shining stamp of approval, and we are pumped to have such a special person by our sides in October.
Best Man
Corey and I met through mutual friends. We bonded heavily over video games and our love for cars. Once Corey came to OU, we began spending even more time together and we couldn't be separated. He also introduced Heather and I. I owe him a lot for not only that, but being there for me when I've needed him most. Corey has become my closest friend, and I can't believe I get to call him my best man.
Groomsman
My older brother, and one of the nicest individuals to walk this Earth. He's twenty years my senior, but that has never stopped him from treating me like a stereotypical younger brother. The years he has spent picking on me are some of my fondest memories. We're beyond thankful to have him as a part of our wedding, and I'm even more thankful I can call him my brother.
Groomsman
My oldest friend; we have a picture together on their first day of Pre-School. We spent our childhood years together building treehouses, riding dirt bikes, playing video games, and getting into every type of trouble imaginable. We've been best friends through college and into adulthood (without the trouble). Since knowing Andrew, I always knew he would be a part of my wedding day.
Groomsman
Nick and I met through a mutual friend. During my senior year at OU, Nick was a person I typically only interacted with while we were playing video games. Post graduation, I asked if I could come visit and stay with him for New Years as he was still at OU. That night is one I will remember for the rest of my life. Our bond couldn't be broken after that. Nick is the life of the party, and you'll likely find him on the dance floor in October.
Groomsman
Probably my second oldest friend. Our parents were best friends in high school so we were destined to be friends as well. We share a love for all things nerdy. He's a kind soul and always has a story to tell. We're so happy to have him as part of our special day.
Groomsman
Austin is Heather's younger brother. He has an adventurous spirit and is always on the move. When I first met him, I noticed Austin has a passion for deep conversation. Find the right subject and you can be locked in for hours. I'm ecstatic about gaining a brother in law, and am so happy he will be in our wedding.
Groomsman
Patrick and I met while working at Nationwide in 2015. We bonded over a mutual love for a video game that consumed a lot of our free time. Playing games led to hanging out in person, which led to an incredible friendship. I never would have thought the guy that takes his shoes off in the office would be in my wedding...but here we are. I couldn't be happier for his place in our wedding.
