Your guess is as good as mine. April in Colorado is awesome, but sometimes it can be...less awesome. Come prepared for anything from 70 and sunny to 20 and snowing. Hence why iconic coats are encouraged.
Pikes Peak Ranch is at 7,800'. If you are coming from see level, you are going to feel it. The most important thing you can do to help is drink lots of water, even if you feel hydrated. Alcohol will be twice as potent as you are used to (yay cheap date!), and we recommend being careful how much you exert yourself if you are not acclimated. We do not recommend those little canned oxygen things they sell at gift shops. They won't help you.

We want you to feel fancy and look your best, but as mentioned with the weather, things may be chilly. Wedding formal = long dress or suit. Iconic coat means channeling your inner spirit animal into a piece of lavish (or simple) outerwear you aren't afraid to show off to the world.
