Wedding Party

Meet our friends and family who will be walking down the aisle with us!!!

Steven Gonzales

Best Man

Hot diggity dog, these two are a pair of best buds. Devin met Steven in 2013 while studying at Texas State Technical College. Devin got word that a friendly fellow, cousin of a hometown friend, was also attending TSTC. One day, while Steve was working on his truck, Devin walked up to him and said, "Hey are you Steve?" Steve replied with a friendly smile and said "I am!" Since then Steve and Devin have had countless adventures from floating the river to planning a surprise proposal, and they always have a fun time looking for the next big adventure.

Jacqueline Taft

Maid of Honor

If anyone knows Heather, they know Jacqueline. Jacqueline and Heather have been best friends for 11 years and they are the best of friends that anyone could become. They met at TCU after living in the same dorm freshman year. The adventures they have shared include cross-country road trips, secret escapades, countless concerts, spring training, surprise parties, long days at both of their schools, and the list could go on and on. If there was one quote that would sum up this friendship, Randy Newman probably could describe it the best, "You've got a friend in me, If you've got troubles, I've got 'em too, There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you, We stick together and can see it through, 'Cause you've got a friend in me, Yeah, you've got a friend in me."

Hayden Terrell

Groomsman

Devin and Hayden have known each other since the good old days attending Latexo High School. There they played Varsity baseball together and shared their passion for FFA. After high school, Hayden began working for the law while Devin began running from the law. Devin and Hayden's last major lifetime highlight involved Devin's cross-dance-floor dive for the guarder at Hayden's wedding where Devin's successful leap made him the next bachelor in line to be wedded.

Abbey Kang

Bridesmaid

Heather met Abbey after a desperate cry for help from down the hallway. While water kept flowing out of Abbey's sink in the brand new dorm room, Heather was there to confirm that nothing either of them could do would stop the water. Haha. Eventually, someone else did step in and get the water to stop, but what they didn't realize was that they could not stop the new friendship that was already in the making! Now 12 years later, Abbey is ready to join Heather by her side as she gets ready to say "I do."

Daniel Beltran

Groomsman

Devin and Daniel's memories began while working for the Plumber's Union, Local 68. Their friendship can be summed up in a Chick-fil-a booth. Every Monday and/or Wednesday these two could be found chit-chatting it up over chicken. The two have been admiring the pristine plumbing of all Texas regions ever since. When they aren't checking out pipes, they will be found in honky-tonks and rodeo arenas. These two are now a pair who you call to fix a leak, where you take a leak. The modern-day Mario and Luigi.

Paige Kolesar

Bridesmaid

Heather met Paige through the TCU Student YMCA. Some people say that it takes a village to get you through life, but sometimes it just takes the village people to bring people into your life. From coaching to organization involvement Paige and Heather have always had each other's back. No TCU football game would be complete without game nights surrounded by friends, so we always remember that black is slimming, but PURPLE is winning!!!

DJ Bennett

Groomsman

As cousins, these two grew up making mischief together. While growing up these two could be found shooting up everything on the farm, like buckets and barrels. They even shot a pet turkey once. They decided right before Christmas to shoot the glass out of an old bus, making their Christmas gift that year broken glass. Traveling to New Mexico for a trail ride once, they hung up a curtain in the back of the SVU and cars driving by got to see the stars and the moon.

Ali Settle

Bridesmaid

Heather and Ali grew up together and did everything from be in talent shows, to play sports, and more importantly learn all of those fun life lessons as kids. Some of their greatest memories included playing in the fort in the backyard, going on bike rides, and traveling as a family. One of their greatest accomplishments of teamwork came when they both made the cheer leading team together at Delta Vista Middle School.

Dane Bennett

Groomsman

Devin and Dane's bond is truly blood deep, that after Devin decided to bite him as a child. Growing up they would all play hide-and-go-seek. Now instead of finding each other, they have found the loves of their lives and get to watch each other's families grow.

Lauren Marrow

Bridesmaid

Heather and Lauren worked together at Smithfield Middle School for 3 years. They quickly became known for being teachers with a tagline leading the 7th grade knowing that "MATHis the furture of toMARROW." Ready for any adventure to QT, the post office, or Chick-fil-a, Heather and Lauren are definitely an inseparable duo!

Brett Mathis

Groomsman

The first night that Devin met Brett, Devin had no idea what he was in for. After catching a Dallas Stars game, Brett snuck Devin behind the scenes into the lower level of the American Airlines Center. When the two finally got caught, they claimed to have gotten lost and were merely pointed in the direction to the nearest exit. You can always sense the competitive nature between these two, whether it is knocking clowns down in an arcade or racing go carts at 45 mph these two never back down from some friendly competition. From rivals now to family, Devin is excited to have Brett as the brother he never had.

Macon Wild

Bridesmaid

Macon is her name, and Wild is her game! She is one of Heather's fun spirited cousins who always knows how to bring smiles to everyone in a room. Growing up they have gone camping together, had countless sleepovers, and have always had good times! Though sometimes the miles between them may be many, whenever their together it is like they never missed a beat.

Leslie Gordineer

Usherette

Nothing brings two people together like a road trip and maybe a near death experience. Heather and Leslie went from neighbors to friends on a road trip to Baton Rouge for Bayou Fest. The country music festival and comfort favorites were unforgettable, but even more so was Leslie being terrified in the backseat as Heather nearly drove off an overpass going 60 mph. If that wasn't enough, Heather nearly left Leslie behind eating a popsicle in a folding chair at Buc-ee's. That's friendship right there!
