What is the dress code?

Where do guests park?

Answer

There is street parking available, meter parking is free after 6:00 pm. There is a parking deck one block down from the JM which costs $5. Those who live close to the city or are staying at a nearby hotel may use Uber/Lyft.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please be sure to arrive early to avoid running into the bride!

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures. Guests can exit to the lobby where appetizers and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dancing to follow!

What COVID health and safety measures are we taking?

Answer

We are encouraging all guests to be vaccinated and have their booster shots when appropriate. (Obviously, because Heather is an NP!) We are asking all guests to stay safe prior to coming to our wedding to decrease the spread of COVID-19. If you are sick or even questioning if you have COVID, please get tested prior to attending. Please do not attend our wedding if you have COVID within 2 weeks of our wedding.

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be indoors at the John Marshall Ballrooms.
