So there's this thing called Covid-19. What's the plan?

Answer

Covid-19 has changed everything and this wedding is certainly not immune to the changes! The biggest reason we've chosen an intimate wedding is to keep everyone safe. We are asking everyone to get a Covid-19 test before traveling to Montana this summer. We've been tested and each time has been quick, efficient, and free. This request may change over the next 8 months depending on the ever-evolving situation. If you have questions or need help getting a test please get in contact with us and we'll help you with the process. We want to enjoy every minute of our time together and believe this is the best way to help us all feel most comfortable.

What is the attire for wedding day?

Answer

We're going for a semi-formal look, which means no jeans. It might be hot, so check the weather and plan for it! We don't want you to feel uncomfortable; if a sport coat feels right to you go for it but a nice dress shirt will work too. The ceremony will take place in a grassy field a small walk from the main lodge. I'd stay away from stiletto's (cowboy boots are always welcome!)

What time should we arrive on Friday and leave on Monday?

Check-in and checkout are pretty flexible! We'll be around most of the day on Friday, let us know your ETA sometime the week of the wedding! We'll plan to be out by eleven to noon on Monday.

What's the food situation going to be like?

Answer

We're planning on providing tasty and homemade food all weekend. From a finger lickin' good Montana BBQ on Friday night to breakfast on Monday morning, we've got you covered! If you're the snacking type (and who isn't) bring a few fun snacks to share with the crew!

What's the scoop on libations?

Answer

We'll be providing some beverages including Two Loon's wine for the wedding night and a few of our other favorites. To ensure that the weekend stays fun, and that we have a good variety, please bring some of your preferred beverages too! There is an amazing bar area in the main lodge and we need your help filling it!

Where will we be staying?

Answer

Oro Ranch is amazing! I don't think we have the ability to explain how phenomenal it is. Trust us, the pictures don't do it justice! When you arrive you'll be shown to your room in either the main lodge or one of the many cabins on the property. We cannot wait for you all to kick back, relax, and enjoy this amazing venue nestled in the Montana wilderness.
