COVID SCREENING: WAIVER AND INSTRUCTIONS

Answer

Please complete the waiver with a deadline of 48-hours prior to the wedding. It is immensely important that this waiver completed by all guests 48-hours prior for the overall success of the check-in process and to not cause significant delays of starting your event. After this deadline, any remaining guest or vendor will need to complete their waiver upon arrival at the Welcome Table. Please have your signed and completed waiver available at check-in (via hard copy or on your electronic device). One waiver per guest is required, and no guest may enter without having completed and signed a waiver. Those requiring assistance may have their waiver completed by a third party (for example parents on behalf of children, or helpers assisting those with physical or other impairments, etc.).
