Yup—you read that right. We swiped right on Match, and the rest is history. What started as an online connection we were both a little skeptical about (and hoped neither of us were being catfished) quickly turned into something special. After a month of nonstop chatting, we finally met for dinner at what’s now our favorite spot, Mike’s American Grill. The conversation flowed, the vibes were right—and he was on time, which definitely earned bonus points. Turns out, he was the right person at exactly the right time. Proof that love really does show up when you least expect it. We made things official on March 21, 2021, and on October 19, 2024, he popped the question, "Will you marry me?" on a gorgeous wooded path at Skyline Drive. Best. Day. Ever. And just like that, we started planning forever.
