Gypsy Beans
Brad, Bae and I frequent this spot on the weekends! Here, you'll find tea, coffee drinks (with both dairy and non-dairy milk options), tasty baked goods, breakfast and brunch sandwiches, salads and smoothies. Cute little shop located on the corner across from Brewnuts!
Rising Star Coffee Roasters
Another favorite of ours to grab your coffee drink of choice (they have Oat Milk here!) The atmosphere is peaceful, with a dash of hipster-esque ;) It's located in a little spot in Ohio City referred to as Hingetown.
Stone Mad Pub
The quaint neighborhood Irish Pub right around the corner from our home! You'll find some tasty bites and libations in this spot!
Terrestrial Brewing Company
This is our neighborhood brewery, right in Battery Park! It's a very dog-friendly spot with tasty, seasonal beers on tap and some tacos provided in-house by a local partner.
Edgewater Park Beach
Edgewater Beach is right in our backyard! Go here to walk along beautiful Lake Erie and maybe catch a gorgeous sunset in the evening. We can see this from our rooftop deck and it's one of our favorite sights!
Il Rione
If you're looking for a gourmet pizza, this is your spot! Delicious!

Another favorite of ours for brunch (you may even run into a celebrity here!) They have something for everyone and their focus is on non-GMO, organic, healthy options for you and your family!
A Christmas Story House
Take a tour of this local attraction with the family if you have some time! It's open year round, 7 days a week from 10-5. There's an admission fee but tickets can be purchased online or at the gift shop. Check out the house, museum and gift shop.
Saucy Brew Works
Head to Saucy Brew Works, located by Rising Star Coffee in Ohio City's Hingetown, for housemade European-style beer and customizable thin crust pizza! YES...they even have gluten-free vegan pizza options!
