I THOUGHT THE WEDDING WAS IN BEND?
Answer
Unfortunately due to a permit issue, all summer weddings (after June 30) at our original venue in Bend were cancelled. We were unable to find a suitable backup venue in Bend but hope everyone has a lovely time at our new venue in St. Paul!

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the invite envelope.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than April 19th, but the earlier the better!

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you! If you RSVP yes and then later cannot attend, please text Heather at 503-730–0380.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
Answer
We respectfully request no kids. Aside from the wedding processional, this is an adult only (16+) event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. Please do not wear white or dark green dresses, jeans, shorts, sneakers, or flip flops. Additionally, the grass is slightly uneven so we do not recommend tall/narrow heels.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTSIDE?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors with an indoor dance hall.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
Please be at the wedding venue by 3:45pm as the ceremony will start at precisely 4:00pm.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM LATE TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us until the reception.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Is there an afterparty?
Answer
While music at our venue has to be off at 10, the party doesn't have to end! We have a large private group campsite at the beautiful Champoeg State Park right next door. Join us for some late night snacks, cocktails, and bonfire!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will not have shuttles to/from our venue, however there are ubers/lyfts accessible, and guests are welcome/encouraged to leave their cars as long as they are picked up before 11:00am on Sunday. Alternatively, if you drive the 3 minutes to our group campsite within Champoeg for the afterparty there is parking areas available there as well.
