Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 3:55 PM. We'll be beginning promptly at 4:00 PM in order to meet our venue's requirements. If driving to Balboa Park, please allow plenty of time for parking and walking to the venue.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your guest name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP online, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close family and friends. Thank you for your understanding; we can't wait to celebrate with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please reach out to Anthony or Heather directly if you have any allergies we need to be aware of. The meal will be family-style and we will note any potential allergies on our menu.

Will there be a transfer to the reception?
Answer
Yes, we'll have a trolley to transport everyone from Balboa Park to the reception venue at Books and Records Restaurant. The trolley has a 35 person capacity and will do a 3 trips to bring all guests over. Alternatively, if guests would like to walk, it takes about 15 minutes to walk from ceremony to reception locations.

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we adore your kids, we've opted for an adults-only affair, aside from our wedding party, to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration as well as stay within our venue capacity. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

What is the dress code?

Come get fancy with us! We requests our guests adhere to cocktail attire: your snazziest suit and tie, cocktail dress, or dressy jumpsuit is perfect for our wedding. Our color palette is above if you'd like to match our decor, aside from white ;)

Is there parking at the wedding venues?
Answer
The ceremony is located within Balboa Park, about a 5 minute walk from the closest parking lot. Parking can be tough to find during the weekends and we recommend guests Uber/Lyft/Ride share if possible. If you plan on driving, we recommend getting there 30 minutes early. The reception venue does not have a connected parking lot. Street parking is available most days, as well as some paid public lots close by.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and dinner reception will be held indoors. We hope to hold cocktail hour outside on the restaurant's patio, weather dependent.
