Can I wear white to the wedding?

Answer

Please DON'T. Not even white with a print. This is an evening affair so don't be afraid to wear darker colors.

Can I wear something casual, after all, it is Summer?

Answer

If that's all you own, then yes. We are aiming for a more classier affair. So, please, NO jeans with holes, NO shorts, and NO flip flops. Try for dark colored jeans and a dressy shirt like a button up or polo.

Can kids wear casual clothing?

Answer

It is preferred that they dress appropriately for the event too. However, if you cannot afford it, please try for dark colored jeans and a dress shirt or polo. And please, NO shorts, NO flip flops, and NO jeans with holes.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

***Update! We know that sometimes it’s hard to know so far ahead of time if time off is granted or if travel plans are doable. So we are extending our RSVP due date to July 1st. We hope this helps and thank you!*** June 15, 2019. Please return the RSVP card with the prepaid postage. If your kids are invited, please include their name and age on the card. You may also RSVP on this website. Please be sure to click SUBMIT RSVP at the bottom of the page. Also, if you use the RSVP option online and your kids are invited, please make sure their name is listed (it gives an option to edit) and add their age at the end of their name (ex: Luke Howell15). It is important to us to have correct head count and ages of children and it's greatly appreciated. If you wish, you can send Pam an email at pjeanhowell@yahoo.com stating your children's names and ages instead.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, Harrah's. They are giving all of our guest a great room rate. See Hotel Reservations and all the information is listed. You can click VIEW at the bottom and it will take you directly to their website and automatically apply the group rate discount.

What if I can get comp rooms or a better rate than your group code for Harrah’s?

Answer

For Harrah’s only, if you can get a better rate, then by all means book it! But please email Pam Howell at pjeanhowell@yahoo.com by August 1, 2019 with the information below so that it’s included in our room block. 1. Confirmation Number 2. Name of registered guest 3. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The River Taxi and shuttles are available to all the casinos, but the Riverwalk does not go all the way to Harrah's. *Please note that the River Taxi doesn't run after 10pm.

Where are you Registered?

Answer

We have only chosen to do a Cash Fund for our Honeymoon. We are currently in the process of developing land to build our home and we have no idea on colors, patterns or any inside décor. We have a majority of our belongings in storage already, so we really don't have the space for gifts. Our Honeymoon is a cruise around Hawaii and we would love to explore, do excursions, bring back memorabilia, and not to mention, enjoy the food and drinks on the cruise! Any amount is appreciated! Seriously, just a couple of bucks will add up, and we would be so grateful!

Your invitation will list guests specifically and will state if there is a PLUS 1. If you have any questions, please email Pam Howell at pjeanhowell@yahoo.com.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids will be listed on your invitation either by name or as FAMILY. If Family is listed, we might not know how many children, but they are ALL invited. When you RSVP, please make sure to list their names and ages on the return card or email Pam if you RSVP online. If your kids aren't listed on the invitation, but you would like them to come, please email Pam to ask if this is okay. Kids are always welcome at the hotel, for your stay/vacation, and doing activities with us! If your kids aren't listed/invited then Harrah's also has a huge arcade that your kids are welcome to play at during our ceremony and reception, age restrictions apply. Can I bring my pet?

Answer

No. Although pets are allowed in the Hotel and offer special rooms, they will not be allowed during our ceremony or reception.
