When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on September 18, 2025, in Sevierville, Tennessee. More details on the venue and schedule will be provided on the invitation!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30-45 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking, seating, and enjoying the scenery before we say “I do!”

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same venue, so you won’t have to worry about traveling between locations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal attire. Since it’s in the Smoky Mountains, we recommend comfortable shoes for any outdoor portions!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September in Tennessee is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend dressing in layers just in case!

Where should I park at the venue?

Answer

You'll follow the signs once you turn onto the road and we will have signage to direct people to parking.

What’s the nearest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN, about a 45-minute drive from Sevierville.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Unless you have been told otherwise - there are plenty of options, including hotels, cabins, and resorts in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We have listed some recommendations on our Travel & Accommodations page.

How far is the wedding venue from Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg?

Answer

Sevierville is about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes from Gatlinburg, so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a family style/plated meal along with an open bar. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions!

Can I request a song for the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Let us know your favorite dance songs, and we’ll try to include them in the playlist.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be present in the moment! We are having a unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We know it's not traditional... It's not the way it's done. But, instead of wedding gifts, we'd like a bit of sun! We have lived together for quite some time, and are blessed to say - our bills are paid. We have our plates, our pots and pans... Our plans have all been made! So if you'd like to give a gift - to help us celebrate... Some money towards our H O N E Y M O O N - we would MOST appreciate! With all our love, Gabrielle & Charles

Our wedding is by invite only. Please check your invitation for details! If there are extenuating circumstances we can work it out, please let us know as soon as possible!

Our guest list is limited, so we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation, plus-ones are welcome if specified on your invitation! If there are extenuating circumstances we can work it out, please let us know as soon as possible!
