Heather and Ryan had mutual friends throughout high school and had a common love of running at Lake Ella in Tallahassee. After consistently seeing each other at the park, they began talking on Facebook. They remained friends and reconnected after seeing each other again at Lake Ella. They bonded over music and had similar perspectives on what they wanted in life. They had their first date a month later, took a walk at the park the met at to close the night, and have been inseparable since. One night in particular, they both agree is when they first fell in love - spending all night talking until morning about life, dreams, and hopes they started to joke "Should we just go to Vegas and get married right now?". After six years of growing up together, traveling as much as possible, raising a chunky pup, and finishing each other's thoughts and sentences, they will be married! While it didn't happen when they went to Vegas in 2017, they are so excited to share this day in their favorite place, Savannah, Georgia, with their friends and family.
