Where Do We Park the Day of the Ceremony?

There is parking on-site at our wedding location.

What is the Dress Code for Each Event?

Answer

Anything from more casual suits to more formal cocktail attire, but whatever you're most comfortable in for a festive late summer gathering! Just be careful with high heels, as our ceremony and reception are outdoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have your name "and Guest" listed on your invitation envelope, please bring a special guest! If not, we'd prefer to celebrate with just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we totally understand if you want to find a baby sitter and enjoy a night off, we would also love to celebrate the union of our family with your family! If you are planning on bringing a child, please let Heather know in your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan with friends or family and carpool to the venue! And if you'd like a ride home after the reception, we are providing small shuttles between 10PM-1AM from our venue to local Air B&Bs and hotels.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at Inn by the River 223 Mill St, Hardwick, VT 05843. The phone number is (802) 272-4001. There is also on-site camping, Air B&B's, and other local hotels available on the "Travel" tab of this website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free (as well as meat-lovers!) options. If you have additional food allergies, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30, but please arrive before then. We'll have seats and beverages available around 3:00PM for early arrivers.

What are directions to Turning Stone Farm?

Answer

Turning Stone Farm is accessible through GPS at 491 Country Club Rd, Greensboro, VT 05841. It is located 3 hours north of Boston, MA on I-93. From Burlington, VT, Turning Stone Farm is an hour and a half drive via I-89S and VT-100N. If you're traveling from New York City, it's a 6 hour drive on I-91N.
