When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm in order to have time to park and get to your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, this is a formal event. Have fun getting dressed to impress! We ask men to wear a suit and tie and encourage women to wear a floor length dress or gown.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and seat limitations, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Beer, wine, and soda will be available at no cost. Liquor will be available with cash/card.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided between the hotel and venue. Please plan accordingly and drive safe.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors. Ladies, be prepared to walk on fine gravel! There will be a golfcart available for transportation of seniors or those who may need assistance. The reception will take place indoors, with an open patio.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a large gravel parking lot in front of the venue.

Can I take photos?

Answer

The bride and groom request a phone-free ceremony. Please refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. During the reception, guests are invited to scan the provided QR code and photograph-away!

Question

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our March 29th deadline, you will marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
