We are getting married!

Heath and Veda started to date in high school. They got to know each other in robotics, but eventually ended up in many extracurricular activities together. After graduating from high school, Heath went to SD, and Veda went to St. Paul. Long distance had its challenges, but they were committed to having their nightly call. They found small ways to connect and never felt too far apart. Veda graduated from college in 2022, and the plan was to wait for Heath in MN. After a year of working full-time, she needed a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Veda decided to move out to SD to be closer to Heath until he graduated. After a few years, Heath managed to pass all of his classes and get his diplomas. Despite his allergy to cats and Veda bringing her cat, Nora, from MN, Veda convinced Heath that Nora needed a friend. That’s when Lady entered the picture. With their two girls, they headed back to MN and settled in Alexandria, MN. In June 2026, they celebrate 10 years together.
