Semi-formal/cocktail Earth tones (browns, oranges, greens, reds, florals) The ceremony will be on the beach and the reception will be on grass, so choose appropriate footwear (chunky heels, wedges, cowboy boots)
Weather can be variable in the Idaho mountains in late September. Typically, McCall in late September will be 60-75 degrees during the day and can get chilly at night, dropping to 50-40 or lower. We are planning to have the wedding outside, but have the option to move it indoors if we are expecting early snow or rain. Come prepared with a jacket just in case it gets chilly!
Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. This includes Friday events and Saturday events.
Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with an open bar and light bites. During the reception, there will be a seated dinner with a buffet style taco bar and an open bar. Please bring cash to tip the bartenders! Friday evening, the venue will be providing a meal (see travel tab for details and to RSVP for meals so we know you'll be there). More details regarding this meal to come. Friday day/night will be BYOB for alcohol. Saturday morning, the venue will be providing a meal (see travel tab for details and to RSVP for meals so we know you'll be there). More details regarding this meal to come. Saturday day will be BYOB for alcohol (open bar opens up for cocktail hour and reception post ceremony). The wedding party will be getting ready for the ceremony all day, so feel free to roam the venue, paddle board/kayak, or explore McCall. Sunday morning, we will be providing a grab and go breakfast featuring muffins, bagels, etc.
We have full access to the venue and all of it's amenities. Guests are welcome to use the paddle boards, kayaks, and any other amenities located in the boat house. Bring your bathings suits in case it's warm enough to swim! Guests are also welcome to explore McCall. There's various walking paths, stores, restaurants and bars to check out in downtown McCall.
We spent a lot of time and effort assigning appropriate cabins to our guests. We can re-evaluate cabin assignments once we have received RSVPs.
