What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the wedding is semi-formal (garden wedding). Women are recommended to wear block or wedge heels. Stilettos are not recommended as there are gravel pathways.

What colors should I try to avoid?

Answer

The bridal party will be wearing various shades of ivory, rust, champagne, and gold. If you are able to avoid these colors in your attire choice, that would be greatly appreciated!

Will the event be outside or inside?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outside in the garden. Cocktail hour will be held inside the Carriage House. Reception will be held under the covered tent. If there is rain expected, ceremony and reception will be held under the tent.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

There is absolutely NO smoking on the property grounds! This is a historical site, please respect the grounds! Smoking is allowed in the parking lot.
