Yes :) the wedding is on Monday, Memorial Day and will last till approximately 10 pm est, so please plan your travel accordingly. Refer to the Travel tab if you want some ideas of things to do. Holiday weekend lodging does fill up fast so book asap to get a nice spot.
Please refer to the travel tab. Most guest are staying at the Oak Haven Cabin Resort about 13 minutes from the venue and on the same property as the welcome mingle party. There is a 3-night minimum for these cabins. If you unable to stay here we recommend an Airbnb or hotel in Pigeon Forge (We do not have hotel blocks saved, but the Ramsey & the Holiday Inn are great hotel choices)
We love your kids, however, for this celebration, we're keeping it (mostly) to adults. Only children apart of the immediate family are invited to the wedding. Please respectfully understand that guests under the age of 10 are NOT allowed at the Monday events (Kids are welcome at the Mingle Event on Sunday). Thank you for your understanding!
See our wedding attire tab for inspiration! The wedding dress code is formal attire. For men, this is a suit and tie or bow - no tux is required. For women, this is a long to mid-length dress, chic jumpsuit, or pantsuit. We encourage our guests to wear jewel tones or earthy colors. To complement our wedding color palette, please no neon, bright red, or white.
Due to strict venue compacity, we politely request that only invitees on your rsvp attend the events. Thank you!
Yes, there will be a shuttle to take you between the Garden area and the Glass House on the same property. Feel free to drive or uber to the venue. We have around 75 parking spaces on site. Please be respectful of the property - no parking in the grass or speeding.
