Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 15, 2018. You can RSVP on our wedding website or with the postcard included with your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will be kid-friendly. Please include your kids on your RSVP by June 15th. If you'd rather cut loose with us on the dance floor, Sun Valley Super Sitters is a great option for child care. You can find more information at http://www.sunvalleysupersitters.com/.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue, we must limit guests to significant others and children. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. What does that mean to us? A tie or sports coat and cocktail or summer dresses. We'll be in a meadow, so you'll will be most comfortable in wedges or flats. Mountain evenings can get cool, so bring something warmer for when the sun goes down!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Our registry is through Zola, which allows us to register from multiple stores in one place! If you prefer to shop in person, most of our home goods are from Crate & Barrel and Target. Our registry can be viewed on the "Registry" tab of this website. Thank you for thinking of us!

Question

Where is the venue? Is there parking?

Answer

The Idaho Central 4H Camp is located approximately 16 miles north of Ketchum on the west side of the highway. It is marked with a wooden sign and arrow. Guests will park on the east side of the highway and take a shuttle to the camp (approx. 5-10 minutes). A shuttle service will take guests back to their vehicles throughout the night. Parking may be limited by other campers in the area, so we suggest you carpool wherever possible.

Question

I'd like to stay in a cabin on-site. What do I need to know?

Answer

If you have not done so already, please let us know if you plan on staying in a cabin on-site. There are 12 cabins on-site that sleep 12-14 people each. The cabins are very minimal. There are sleeping pads on the bunk beds, but you will need to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and anything else you'll need to be comfortable. If you're traveling from out of town and can't bring camping gear with you, let us know. Cabins will be pre-assigned. Cabin assignments will be available when you arrive at the venue and also posted on the cabin doors. If you are camping, please arrive at the venue at 4pm to drop off your gear and return your car to the parking area. Shuttle service will begin at 4pm. Shuttles will also have room for gear.

Question

Will the Sharps Fire affect the wedding?

Answer

We will continue to watch the fire and it's progression. Although it's unlikely to affect the venue, it may be smoky. We will update this FAQ's site the week prior to the wedding as needed.
