RSVPs are to be submitted no later than June 16th. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date provided you will be marked as “Not Attending” and will not be included in our guest count.
As much as we would love to invite everyone, unfortunately our wedding venue has a capacity limit which restricts the number of guests we can accommodate. If we have extended a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
We are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family/or our wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun.
If you are unable to attend our wedding, we ask that you still fill out the RVSP and select "Will not Attend". If you have already RSVP'D and can no longer attend past the RSVP deadline, we ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible.
We understand. Emergencies and life happens unexpectedly. Please be mindful by contacting us as soon as you realize you can no longer attend, even if it’s the week or morning of the wedding. Meals have been paid for per person and we’d hate to see the money go to waste. We’d be able to invite a friend or loved one we weren’t able to originally include.
We request Cocktail/Semi-formal attire. No sequins, no tulle, and no white, cream, or ivory. Please note the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting.
Please arrive no later than 6:30 pm. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be guaranteed. You will be allowed entrance when the ceremony has concluded.
Both. Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, but guests will have access to the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the entire wedding.
Yes, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation or consider booking a room through our room block if you plan on drinking. We want everyone to make it home safely. Tips are welcomed.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Inn at Fox Hollow. Please see the travel section for more information on booking.
If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our future together would really make our day.
Yes. We are having an unplugged ceremony; we want all guest to be present in the moment with us. This ensures that our photographer & videographer get the opportunity to capture our special moment without interruptions. You may take photos when the ceremony has concluded. When posting pictures/ videos on social media we ask that you use our wedding hashtag #HeartsBeaton
