We met at The Big E in 2018. We went separately to meet the same mutual friend. We had been to the same parties in the past but never formally met. We spent the night walking around, getting to know each other, and Ethan shamelessly flirting with me. There was another party we were attending the next night, and it was there he asked me out on our first date. We were 20 years old at the time, he brought me to the movies to see Hell Fest. Already sharing our love for crappy horror movies. We giggled and made fun of that movie the whole time. We were too nervous to get food after so we ended up going to his place where I met some of his brothers for the first time. We then spent the next few weeks going on dates and getting to know each other. We went to a Halloween party in 2018 as a couple for the first time, and our first time hard launching each other as boyfriend and girlfriend. We have been together ever since. Ethan has watched me graduate college, and start my own business. We quarantined together in our little Chicopee apartment. We have traveled the states together for music festivals, vacations, and events for work. We have gained so much together and also lost so much. We have been through grief, births of family members, tough challenges, and tremendously beautiful moments together. We grew up together. Meeting in the earliest moments of our 20’s. Finding ourselves enough to be the best versions of ourselves so we can be ready for this moment. Our wedding. We are now 28 years old, still growing together. We cant wait to share this moment with you. It’s been a long time coming.
