Flight
The closest airport is Portland International Airport (PDX), which is about 90 minutes from the venue and about 60 minutes from Hood River. We recommend renting a car to explore the Gorge, it is so beautiful in this area. There is also not much public or shared transportation in this area. If you are interested in connecting with others who are traveling by plane for ride sharing, let us know!
House Or Rental
There are many Airbnbs and other rentals available all over the Gorge, including Hood River, White Salmon, and Trout Lake. The actual wedding is in Trout Lake, which is 25 minutes to White Salmon and about 30 minutes away from Hood River. There are also Airbnb's all along highway 141. Hood River and White Salmon have more access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If you stay anywhere along highway 141 from White Salmon to Trout Lake (in BZ Corner or Husum), you will have more of a PNW cabin-in-the woods experience and will need to drive a bit for amenities and food.
