Patrick got hired at Viejas working Graveyard shift. I was working Day shift. We would see each other in passing. One day in October there was a Halloween party where Viejas needed extra security to work the event. Patrick was picked to work the event. I was supposed to get off shift at 4pm but was asked by the Swing shift supervisor to stay over and work the event. So I stayed. The event was alright. Patrick approached me and we started chatting. Since that day we haven't stopped talking to each other.
