FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 10, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions, and will have to mark you as, "no." We must provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Lakeview Pavilion between 3:45pm and 4:00pm to allow ample time for parking and seating before the processional begins at 4:30pm.

Question

Is there parking at the ceremony/reception location?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Lakeview Pavilion right in their parking lot. There will be an attendant present to assist you with parking.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Shuttles will be available to transport guests to and from the Courtyard Boston Dedham/Westwood hotel. There is no overnight parking at Lakeview Pavilion so we encourage guests to use the provided transportation or to use Uber/Lyft. For transportation to the ceremony, please be ready to board the shuttle at the hotel by 3:45pm.

Question

Where is the happy couple registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you’d like to bless us with a gift, we’ve registered at Zola, Williams Sonoma, and Pottery Barn, for items that will help us start our new chapter together. Thank you for your love and generosity!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away for the duration of the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be there to capture all of the special moments during the ceremony!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please note, the ceremony will be indoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings, including a patio during cocktail hour.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar starting at 5:00pm, through 10:00pm. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
