We know many other couples in Albuquerque have a similar story, but bare with us through another successful Dion's love story... The happy couples love story began when they met while both working at Dion's in college. At first Ashley was shy and avoided Joe, but Joe being the social butterfly he is, quickly got to work to change that. They started having more and more conversations at work and quickly became friends with many similar interests. Eventually Joe worked up the courage...to have another coworker ask Ashley to a haunted house and scary movie double date, to which she agreed. The date went very well and after months of just friendship Joe expressed his true feelings and so their spark began. Over the course of 6 years their relationship has blossomed into a true partnership of compassion, understanding, and love. They have quite literally watched each other grow from young adults to the hard working adults they are now. They have supported each other through hard times, great times, financially challenging times, and corner stone moments. Like their first trip out of the country to the beautiful countries of Italy and Greece where Joe decided to propose to Ashley. The future looks bright ahead as they plan for their first dog, their dream travel destinations before settling down, and building a home surrounded by family and friends.
