What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can get settled in your seat.

Can I Bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding intimate and meaningful, so plus ones are limited. If you are married, engaged, or in a long-term relationship, your partner is absolutely included. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We rented a beautiful Airbnb from Thursday–Sunday for the wedding weekend. There are also plenty of Airbnbs located 20–25 minutes from the venue. Hardinsburg does have a hotel, but it’s small and tends to book up quickly, so we recommend booking accommodations early.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving buffet style BBQ with sides from Bluegrass BBQ.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar, and we’ll be providing all the alcohol. Please note that outside alcohol is not allowed.

What if I can't attend?

Answer

If you can’t make it, please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a registry or honeymoon fund?

Answer

Yes! We have both a traditional registry and a honeymoon fund available for anyone who’d like to contribute. You can find the links on our registry page. We will also have a gifts table at the reception with a QR code for easy access.

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

No. We won’t have a seating chart. We’ll be doing a sweetheart table, and guests may sit wherever they’d like. We will, however, have a few reserved tables for family.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. We’re aiming for a dressed-up look without anything too over the top. Flowy dresses or jumpsuits are perfect. Men can wear suits or dress shirts with slacks (jackets and ties are optional). Because the ceremony is outdoors in August, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes are recommended. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans and white or off-white colors.

Is the ceremony/reception indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception indoors at the same location. If the weather is not in our favor, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that this be an adult only celebration. Only children in our family/wedding will attend.
