WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

RSVP's will be DUE by 5/4/24. Unfortunately, after this date we will NOT be able to accommodate you.

ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION

Answer

Click under the "Travel" tab to view the hotels we have room blocks at. Please be sure to use our Room Block Code "TURNER/HEADWEDDING". We have discounted rooms available for both Friday 6/14/24 and Saturday 6/15/24. NOTE: The Courtyard Marriott does have a pool. The room block is currently open to book!

PARKING AT THE HOTEL

Answer

Please be aware there is a daily fee for parking at both hotels. (Parking is patrolled by security for all guests parked in hotel garages.)

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to COVID hotels are no longer providing shuttles. Guest's will be responsible for getting themselves to and from each location. Please note UBER and LYFT are available!

PARKING AT THE VENUE

Answer

Parking attendants will direct you to designated parking spots. Parking will be in the parking lot directly in front of the venue, as well in the back behind the venue. Street parking will also be available for overflow. Private security will be onsite.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Let's get fancy!! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. Attire requirements... Save the color white for the Bride, No jeans, or shorts please!

CELL PHONES AND TAKING PHOTOS/POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Answer

We respectfully ask that you turn off you cell phone and refrain from taking any photos during the Ceremony. Our awesome photographers Tyler and Isadora will be there to capture every moment and we will happily share those photos with you! During cocktail hour and the reception, take all you want! We will have several beautiful photo backdrops! Be sure to use the QR code on the cards placed on your table to share your photos with us and use our hashtag #HEADingtothealtar on social media!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to the space of the venue, we are only able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.
