WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

CAN I BRING A DATE? WHAT IF SOMEONE IS NOT LISTED ON THE RSVP?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to limited guest count set by the venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?

As soon as possible to ensure a room. The Baxter-Brainerd lakes area is a popular summer vacation destination meaning that rooms book quickly. See our travel info for details on room blocks.

WHY IS THERE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM AT MOST OF THE HOTELS?

Answer

The Baxter-Brainerd lakes area is a popular summer vacation destination. With this said, most require a 2-night minimum to decrease in the need for frequent room turnovers. See our travel info for details on room blocks. We do have one room block (Super8) that does NOT require 2 nights.

CAN MY CAR STAY AT THE VENUE OVERNIGHT?

Answer

Yes, you can keep your car at the venue site until noon the following day.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD? WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY BE?

Answer

If inclement weather were to occur, we would have the ceremony inside in the upstairs ceremony room.
