We met in the spring of 2021, when Hallie joined a church group that Daniel's roommates were leading. We both took notice of each other right away, but were unaware that the feeling was mutual until two months later - when Daniel asked Hallie on a date and she enthusiastically said yes! Hallie immediately called her mom and told her, "My future husband just asked me out!" 🤭 We went out for ramen and ended up driving aimlessly for hours, not wanting the night to end. We both knew right away that we had found something very special. (Fun fact: Daniel moved back to the Bay Area from Seattle on the same exact day Hallie first moved to the Bay Area - April 8, 2019. It was fate!) We both live in the amazing city of San Francisco. 🌁 We spend a lot of time cooking, running through Golden Gate Park and the Presidio, cycling in Marin, exploring our city's top-notch food scene, and hanging out with our wonderful friends and families. Our faith is the most important thing to both of us, and we are so thankful that God brought us together and has kept us together! We got engaged last September, when Daniel surprised Hallie on a bike ride up Mt. Tamalpais. It was the most special and thoughtful day ever! We are thrilled to start our marriage and celebrate this new chapter of life with all of you, our loved ones. 💕
