Come Early & Set Up Camp
2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Anything that makes you comfortable! The wedding will be outside on a farm so wear comfortable foot attire!
Feel free to come early, whenever works for you, and set your tent or pop-up up! Park in the lot and follow the signs back to the camping area. If you have a pop up and would like to park it in the parking lot and camp you are welcome to do that as well. If you have a small pop-up and want to park it in the back field, you will be able to drive through to the back field and unload. There will be signs marking the parking area and the camping area.
Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Parking is in the cleared field right before the farm. There will be signs for parking and a trail from the lot that will lead to the farm and wedding area. If you are taking the shuttle bus from the hotel to the farm, the first shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:30pm. The second shuttle will be leaving at 4pm from the hotel. The shuttle holds 14 people seated, so don't wait for the later shuttle!

Feel free to bring camping chairs and your own special drinking vessel! There will be beer, wine and light snacks after the ceremony. Dinner will be a taco bar and will start at 6pm. There will be gluten free and vegetarian options. Dance party and bonfire to follow!
