Wedding Party

Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. -Proverbs 27:17 ESV Get to know some of our favorite people!

Sarah G. Mazzella

Maid of Honor

Sarah is my best friend of almost ten years and, in many ways, my sister. The Lord brought us together during a time when we were both feeling lost and confused, providing us with the most unique and special friendship I have ever known. Sarah is witty, loyal, wise, and incredibly patient with me, even when it is undeserved. I am thankful to have had the privilege of growing up together, and I am honored to have her by my side on the day that we have talked about since we were sixteen. If you run into her at the wedding some potential conversation topics include: Bigfoot being real, her guitar collection, licking rocks, and the lead pipes in Salisbury.

Abigail D. Adey

Maid of Honor

Abby and I met through our work at Camp Wabanna, but we became best friends through the providence of the Lord. Not only is Abby an absolute joy to be around, lighting up any room she enters with her smile and sense of humor, but she has also been a steady rock and support during difficult times. Abby is the first person to tell me when I’m being crazy, but she is also the first to go along with my off the wall ideas. She has been an immense blessing to me and I cannot imagine this day without her! Potential Conversation Topics: Her endeavours as a nail tech, her love for diet coke, and her habit of rejecting men using Chat GPT.

Allison K. Hall

Bridesmaid

The Lord brought Allison into my life when we were teenagers. The first time I met her, she approached me and declared, 'Hey, we are going to be friends.' She had no idea how much I needed to hear that at the time. Our friendship has been the sweetest blessing. Allison is a servant, a lover of beautiful moments, an encourager, and a spontaneous adventurer. I have never met anyone who pays such attention to detail. I had the honor of standing by her side at her wedding, and I am so excited to have her stand with me at mine! Potential Conversation Topics: Her love for cucumbers, our Dj (who is her husband!), and her photography business!

Catherine G. Brunett

Bridesmaid

Cassie and I met two years ago when I first moved to Salisbury. She was a bright light during one of the loneliest times in my life and quickly became one of my closest friends. Not only is Cassie hilarious, adventurous, and kind, but she also loves others fiercely and persistently. She is one of the most thoughtful people I have ever met and is always up for a fun time or a cozy evening on the couch! I am so thankful for her and excited that she will be part of our special day! Potential Conversation Topics: Her love for hotdogs, being a horse girl, and wrecking her Barbie Jeep in Guam.

Camaryn E. Bishop

Bridesmaid

Camaryn and I have been friends since we met during my first summer working at camp. She was immediately a ray of sunshine in my life and has continued to be one ever since. Anyone who knows Cam knows that she is kind, joyful, and loving. Cam has been a constant support during my most difficult times, always ready with a listening ear or a word of encouragement. I cannot imagine this day without her by my side, celebrating the love and joy we’ve both shared. Potential Conversation Topics: Her accent, her new car, her habit of calling Riley and I mom and dad

Ella J. Luebbers

Bridesmaid

Ella and I met almost five years ago, and in many ways, we’ve watched each other grow up. We both navigated our respective awkward phases and bonded over our shared hobbies, competitive personalities, and love for pranking Riley. While Ella is the youngest bridesmaid, she is growing into one of the wisest women I know. It is a blessing to be part of her life, and I am honored to have her in my bridal party. Conversation Topics Include: Being a volleyball star, shopping on Amazon, our iconic Gru and minion costume, and doing the worm!!

Kelly Gallagher

Best Man

Kelly Gallagher and I became the best of friends in about an hour and a half in 2021. Since then we have done countless construction projects, too much laughing, and now we even work together . He is incredibly kind, driven, and intensely passionate about the Lord Jesus Christ. On top of that Kelly is a faithful Husband, loving Father, and my very best friend. Kelly is the type of guy I want to be when I grow up. If you have the opportunity to speak with Kelly, ask him how work on the house is going, what his favorite Vulfpeck song is, or how many squirrels are left in his backyard.

Wesley Corkran

Best Man

Wes and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. He is not only the brother I was given, but the brother I hoped for. He is intelligent, determined, and creative and is an excellent chef. He is all I could have asked for in a brother and more! If you have the opportunity to speak with Wes ask him who his steak supplier is, if he still rides ATVs on boulders, or how it feels to be an undisputed pinewood derby champion.

Joshua Haynes

Groomsman

Josh is unfortunately not my brother by blood, but he couldn't be any closer to it. I can't recall the first time I met Josh, but ever memory I have with Josh is full of joy and laughter. Josh is compassionate, funny, and a friend to all. I can't wait to finally call him my brother. If you have the opportunity to speak with Josh, ask him if he'll hang up your Christmas lights, how tall he is, or if his truck is still running.

Sean Cooke

Groomsman

Sean is one of my closest and longest standing friends. We met in 2018 working at Camp Wabanna and have lived together for 5 years. Sean is a loyal, tender, and tenacious person. He is the kind of person everyone needs to have a friendship with. If you have the opportunity to speak with Sean, ask him if he has a would you rather, who the best barber in the world is, or if he could have any sauce come out of his belly button what it would be.

Brennan Miller

Groomsman

Brennan and I have been close since the day we met. Only the Lord could cause a sprained ankle to build a bond stronger than steel. Brennan is a thoughtful, wise, and faithful brother who's aim to is honor and reflect Christ. Everyone needs a Brennan in their life. If you have the opportunity to speak with Brennan, ask him how the market is doing, if the George Foreman grill is all that, and how it feels to have the most handsome roommate in the world.

Jonathan Wilkerson

Groomsman

If anyone gets me, it's Jonathan. Since the moment we met Jonathan has been a true friend to me. We have laughed together, cried together, and have walked through many fires together. While many are blessed to know him, I am grateful to call him my brother. If you have the opportunity to talk to Jonathan, ask him what the best news in the world is, when he saw the witch last, and which joke of mine is the best.

Corey Gaines

Groomsman

Corey and I met in the summer of 2020 at Camp Wabanna working as co-counselors and within a week of meeting each other we became the best of friends! Corey and I have navigated how to lead well, learn well, and live well together as roommates and brothers. I could not be more grateful to have this man standing next to me on my wedding day. If you have the opportunity to speak with Corey, ask him how the beans are, what it's like being Magnum P.I., and if Timothy Brindle has dropped any new hits lately.
